We quote FOB by default. Need EXW, CIF or DDP? Give us the destination port or address in your enquiry and we will price the freight and insurance accordingly.

Actual transit depends on the booking, sailing schedule and customs clearance at destination — confirm with us before ordering.

From order to release

  1. Order confirmation

    Model, quantity, shipping marks and payment terms confirmed in the proforma invoice.

  2. Production tracking

    Scheduled against the agreed lead time, with progress and in-process inspection feedback.

  3. Pre-shipment inspection

    Inspected against the mutually agreed standard, with a report and packing photos.

  4. Booking and stuffing

    Space booked, container supervised and photographed, seal number recorded.

  5. Documents and release

    Original bill of lading and the full document set sent; telex release available.

Export packing standard

  • Five-ply corrugated cartons with EPE or bubble lining, strap-banded and moisture-protected for the destination climate.
  • Full container orders are palletised by default (IPPC-fumigated hardwood or fumigation-free plywood) for easy unloading and re-distribution.
  • Shipping marks printed to your template: item, model, quantity, net and gross weight, carton size and case number.
  • Fragile and precision parts get a separate shock-absorbing inner box plus FRAGILE / THIS SIDE UP labels.
  • Colour boxes, private-label artwork, retail barcodes (UPC / EAN) fall under customisation — see the OEM / ODM page.

Documents provided

Commercial Invoice
In the contract currency, with HS codes and the agreed Incoterm.
Packing List
Per-case quantity, net and gross weight and volume.
Bill of Lading or Air Waybill
Original set, telex release or sea waybill, as you prefer.
Certificate of Origin / FTA form
Issued under the agreement applicable to your country (Form E, Form A and similar) for duty relief.
Conformity and inspection reports
Factory inspection report with each shipment; third-party test reports on request.

Frequently asked questions

It follows the Incoterm: under EXW and FOB you cover ocean freight, insurance, import duty; under CIF we pay freight and insurance while you still clear and pay duty; under DDP we deliver door to door with duty paid, and all of it is inside the quoted price.

Yes. Send the destination address, consignee details and tax number, and we quote DDP or a double-clearance lane. Full containers usually go by ocean to port plus inland drayage.

MOQ is stated per model on each product page. Mixed containers are fine as long as every line meets its own MOQ; we will work out the loading plan and container utilisation for you.

On receipt of the deposit with packaging and drawings confirmed. The figure on a product page covers standard quantities; peak season or customised items get a separate date in the proforma invoice.
