Development flow

  1. Requirement brief

Target market, functions needed, annual volume and target price.

  2. Feasibility review

Structure, safety compliance and cost reviewed together, with a can / must-change / cannot answer.

  3. Drawing and sample sign-off

2D / 3D drawings and a mock-up approved and archived by both sides.

  4. Quotation and agreement

Tiered pricing, tooling cost split, lead time and acceptance criteria in the contract.

  5. Sampling

Samples built to the signed drawings; fees and timings are on the sample policy page.

  6. Pilot run to mass production

A pilot batch proves yield before we commit to volume production.

Before we start, please have

  • Target markets and required certifications (they drive safety level and bundled documents).
  • Annual usage and first-order quantity (they drive tooling amortisation and tiered pricing).
  • Brand and packaging guidelines (fonts, colour values, shipping marks, barcodes).
  • Destination port and preferred delivery term (they decide whether freight and insurance are in the price).
Missing some of these? Send the brief with what you have — we will list what is still needed.

Drawings and brand protection

  • An NDA is signed as standard. Your tooling and drawings are used for your orders only and never reused for a third party.
  • We do not offer the same bespoke appearance to competing brands in your market.
  • Branded prototypes, off-cuts and rejects are destroyed rather than released into the market.

Send us the idea and we will assess it

Drawings, photos of a reference unit or even a written description is enough — we come back with feasibility, MOQ and a tooling cost plan.
